Japanese Christmas Nativity 2009

メリークリスマス
Japanese Nativity 2009

Every year I purchase a new Nativity for Christmas. This year I bought a Japanese Nativity. My brother, Tom, and my brother-in-law, David, each served as missionaries to Japan. My sister, Lisa, is married to Darin Onishi, a Japanese man, so that makes my niece, Kyleigh one-half Japanese. My dad served in the U.S. Navy and has been to Japan. I remember the Japanese wooden nesting doll set (each doll is inside another and each one gets smaller and smaller) that Dad used to let us play with when we were younger. This Nativity set reminded me of those dolls. This set was purchased with all of my relatives in mind. Merry Christmas!
