Christmas Eve Dinner
As usual, Bryan did a beautiful job setting the mood with candles, white dinner plates that have different words on them ("Love", "Peace", "Joy", and "Hope") , burgundy tablecloths, white linen napkins, and lovely evergreen centerpieces. We ate "green" chicken enchiladas, "red" beef enchiladas, salad, chips, refried beans, rice, and appetizers. There was the choice of cheesecake, pie, cookies, or candy for dessert. No one went away hungry!
